HOW TO CONFIRM A QUOTE?: When you receive a quote, at the bottom, you'll find two links: one for payment and another to confirm the quote.

WHERE IS THE TRACKING NUMBER?: When the goods leave our premises, you'll receive a shipping notice along with its tracking number. (The invoice with the tracking number is also sent the following day.)

DO ORDERS ALLOW RETURNS?: Once the goods have left our premises, returns are not accepted unless there is a mistake in the supply by GMOTORS.

DELIVERY TIMES: Delivery times are adjusted depending on the moment and circumstances of confirmation and payment, as well as many external causes such as holidays, delays in factories, and incidents with carriers.

FACTORY SUPPLY (FROM THE MOMENT OF PURCHASE AND PAYMENT): Until your confirmation and payment, we cannot close the order with the supplier. Additionally, depending on the moment, they may or may not send it from the factory. (Causes beyond GMOTORS' control)
